About Hilda
Hi, I’m Hilda Rosa! A dedicated Realtor and Broker Associate licensed in Florida, helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals for the past eight years. Originally from Cuba and raised in Hialeah, I spent many years in beautiful Portland, Oregon, where I raised my two incredible kids after proudly serving in the U.S. Navy. In 2020, I made my way back to sunny Florida, settling in Tampa Bay to be closer to family—and let’s be honest, to escape the endless Oregon rain!
Before real estate, I spent 20 years as a Cardiovascular Specialist, working in high-pressure, acute emergency settings saving the lives of heart attack and stroke patients, and five years as a litigation paralegal, honing my negotiation skills. Now, I bring that same drive, critical thinking, and ability to manage high-stakes situations to real estate, ensuring my clients have expert guidance every step of the way. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I’ve got your back across Florida, with a special focus on the Tampa Bay area.
Giving back is a huge part of who I am. I volunteer in my community, mentor new agents and founded the Wesley Chapel Realtor Caravan Tours, which has grown to over 600 members in just over a year. When I’m not helping clients navigate the market, you’ll find me cheering on my favorite soccer and football teams, traveling to new places, dancing, or indulging in great food & wine. I share my home with Lucy, my spirited 15-year-old miniature schnauzer, and I’m lucky to be surrounded by sunshine, wonderful family, and friends in Wesley Chapel.
